The 13th Annual Mikey's Old School Ride was held on June 13, 2026, beginning at the Clearfield American Legion. Folks from all over the area dug out their antique and older model bikes for a beautiful day of riding. On June 13, 2026, the Huntingdon County Core Group of BPF volunteers held their annual fundraising event at the Captain Jack Lions Club in Mill Creek. This year’s event raised an incredible $9,991.00 to support our friends and neighbors battling cancer in Huntingdon County. The theme for this year was “Together We Are Stronger.” Attendees were invited to place flowers in the garden of care, either in honor of a cancer survivor or in memory of a loved one who has passed away.

The 29th Annual Coaches vs. Cancer of Penn State Golf Tournament teed off on May 29, 2026 at the Penn State Golf Courses. This exciting event brought together hundreds of golfers from around the area to unite in support of a great cause. The Annual BBQ Bonanza event was held on May 15 & 16, 2026 at the Huntingdon County Fairgrounds. An incredible $55,000 was raised this year to benefit Huntingdon County United Way and RAISEtown Care Connect. The first-ever Mark Kumpf “Iron Man” Memorial Golf Tournament was held on May 2, 2026 at the Mount Union Country Club. This year’s event included a live viewing of the 152nd running of the Kentucky Derby, live music, activities, and amazing food and drinks. The United Way of Mifflin Juniata held their 5th annual Golf United Classic on May 1, 2026 at Lewistown Country Club. Golfers from all over the region came out to enjoy a beautiful day of golf and to support local agencies through United Way. The A.B.A.T.E. of PA Chapter 53 Patriot Riders held their annual Basket Raffle to benefit Bob Perks Fund on April 25, 2026 at the Burnham Fraternal Order of Eagles.
