Events
The Bob Perks Fund hosts several annual events including Rock the 80’s Benefit Concert and Night at the Races to increase awareness and raise funds for local cancer patients who are struggling to pay for basic living expenses. Additionally, the Bob Perks Fund is the beneficiary of other fundraising events throughout the year hosted by individuals, families, businesses, and community service organizations. Wed, May 06Location is TBDCentre Foundation's 36-hour online giving event is set to begin on May 6 at 8 am and conclude on May 7 at 8 pm. This event is designed to support the great work of local nonprofits serving Centre County.
Fri, May 15Huntingdon County FairgroundsJCY Fundraising, Inc. hosts this annual event to benefit the Huntingdon County United Way and RAISEtown Care Connect. BBQ cook-off competition with people's choice voting, Cody's cruise-in and car show, demolition derby, burnout competition, food &craft vendors, touch-a-truck, and kids activities.
Sat, Oct 03Good Shepherd Catholic Church - HallCheer your jockey to the finish line at BPF's "Night at the Races" on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Good Shepherd Parish Hall in Port Matilda. Doors open at 5:30 PM, and races begin at 6:30 PM. You do not have to be present to win.
