On November 5, 2022, the Cove Cause for Cancer team held a 200 Club Cash Drawing at the Freedom Township Fire Hall. Development Coordinator, Clay Glenny, and BPF Board Member, Rickey Himes, were in attendance. Dinner was provided, along with rip tickets, raffle tickets, and extra cash drawing tickets being available for purchase. Over $8,500 was raised at this wonderful event!
The Cove Cause for Cancer team has been a great friend to the Bob Perks Fund and our local cancer community over the years. This year, in addition to their 200 Club Cash Drawing, Cove Cause for Cancer held their Party in the Park event, a “Matt May” Chicken BBQ, and even a yard sale! Since partnering with BPF in 2019, the Cove Cause for Cancer team has allocated a total of $35,000 to BPF to help assist cancer patients in southern Blair County.
