Events
The Bob Perks Fund hosts several annual events including Rock the 80’s Benefit Concert and Night at the Races to increase awareness and raise funds for local cancer patients who are struggling to pay for basic living expenses. Additionally, the Bob Perks Fund is the beneficiary of other fundraising events throughout the year hosted by individuals, families, businesses, and community service organizations. Wed, May 14Centre GivesCentre Foundation's 36-hour online giving event is set to begin on May 14 at 8 am and conclude on May 15 at 8 pm. This event is designed to support the great work of local nonprofits serving Centre County.
Sat, May 31Good Shepherd Catholic Agape HallAn evening of sheer entertainment! Night at the Races offers an exhilarating audience-participation event where actual races are shown and called by a live professional announcer to recreate the racetrack experience. Guests are invited to place wagers on the races.
